
🐛 How to Report a Bug
If you find a bug, don’t use the chatbot. It only gives automatic answers based on keywords.
Instead, submit an Event Bug report so a real support agent can review it.
Steps
- Tap your Profile Picture.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Help.
- Select Customer Service.
- Tap Game Issues.
- Choose Event Bug.
- Fill out the report form.
- Select your Character Name and press the RIGHT button to confirm your selection (the button may appear in another language).
- Submit your report.
Include as much information as possible:
• What happened?
• What should have happened?
• Event name
• Date & time of the issue
• Screenshots or video
💡 Mothy Tip:
The chatbot replies using keywords and may not understand your specific problem. Using the Event Bug form sends your report to Support for review. The more details you provide, the easier it is for Support to investigate and fix the issue.

🔎 Before You Report
After game updates or server maintenance, check the official Discord first. If other players are experiencing the same issue, you can add your report there using the correct tag. This helps developers identify widespread problems more quickly.
